Football Academy
If you have genuine love for football, the BA Football Academy is the perfect place for you to refine your skills, develop your talent and showcase your ability in a competitive environment under the guidance of UEFA B and Advanced Youth Award certified Head Coach, Ross Ward.
The ability to study your choice of bespoke A Levels alongside playing football is a unique offer within Bedfordshire. The academy will provide students with high quality group training sessions, tailored 1:1 or small group sessions, nutritional support and individualised strength and conditioning sessions in our newly refurbished on-site gym.
With planning submitted for conversion of our existing Astro turf for a new state of the art 3G pitch, we are excited about the value that this wonderful facility will bring to our school and the wider community with the sports academies at the forefront of our continued growth and development. BA Football Academy students will have full use of school facilities including a designated Sixth Form area to study whilst playing in regular competitive fixtures via the English Schools Football Association (ESFA) and the Association of Colleges (AOC) football leagues. This offer is open to girls and boys who want to combine athletic development with Sixth Form study.

It’s been an incredible term for BA Football Academy, with our 6th form team crowned champions of the ECFA Men’s East Tier 3 League for the very first time! 🏆
The success doesn’t stop there—there could be even more silverware on the horizon after Easter. This week, the team showed real character and quality to overcome tough opposition and secure their place in the U18 Bedfordshire Schools County Cup Final.
